All prices on the website are in EUR and inclusive of VAT. The payment methods offered include VISA/Mastercard and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When starting a subscription, you pay a discounted price of € 1 for the first 4 days. After the 4 days, a € 39.99 renewal payment will be charged as payment for the following month of membership. The subscription will automatically continue to renew every month until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, including within the first 4 days. Cancelling your subscription may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account. The Company does not accept any liability for such loss.
When purchasing a subscription you have a 14 days right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires if the subscription has been taken into use. The time frame of 14 days starts at the time you accept the agreement and the initial payment is completed. The Company will upon request provide refunds of subscription payments if the subscription has not been accessible to the customer due to a technical error, the customer has accidentally signed up for multiple subscriptions or if the customer has given notice of their cancellation before the renewal date by email. The customer is responsible for providing documentation for any of such irregular circumstances when requesting the refund.

Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking on the "My subscription" link in the Account dropdown menu of the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Membership screen provides a simple no-questions-asked cancellation process. You will always receive a confirmation by email when your cancellation has been completed.
All of your membership-only access will be revoked from the subscription immediately upon membership expiration. Within 30 days, all content may be permanently deleted from active systems and logs. This information can not be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.
If you cancel the subscription before the end of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. But there will not be any prorating of unused time in the last billing cycle.
The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the subscription for any reason at any time. Such termination of the subscription will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
